Remote Bilingual Phone Agent - candidates based in South America
We are a U.S.-based corporate transportation company that provides premium chauffeur services to executives, businesses, and travelers. Our focus is professionalism, reliability, and white-glove service. We are expanding our remote team and looking for a polished, English-fluent phone agent to support our operations. Hours are 6-9am CST and 6am-6pm Sat and Sunday.
Reservation Agent Role Overview:
You will be the first point of contact for many of our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to answer inbound calls, collect accurate trip details, and enter reservations into our booking system while maintaining a calm, professional, and client-focused tone.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls in clear, professional English.
- Gather complete trip details from clients.
- Enter reservations accurately into our booking system.
- Handle client inquiries politely and efficiently.
- Follow standardized booking procedures.
- Escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Maintain a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or administration.
- Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet home office.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
- Comfort using online software and booking systems.
- Professional phone manner and calm demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience working with U.S. clients.
- Experience in transportation, travel, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with CRM or booking software.
